GENERAL INFO

  • Do you ship to x country?: Probably yes, some places might just take a lot longer to reach than others.

  • Does the checkout form double check for me if I put in the right address or made spelling mistakes?: No, so please write your address as clearly as possible. If the address is wrong your order might not be delivered. Sometimes I notice incomplete addresses myself so be reachable at your email in case I need to ask you for clarifications!

  • Is a phone number required?: Yes, it’s required for the shipment.

ORDER INFO

  • Can I modify/cancel my order?: Just if your order isn’t shipped yet, you can send me an email if:

- You want to add something else to your order without being charged for shipping twice.
- You’d like me to edit your delivery address or other info.
- You wish to cancel your order before it’s shipped (I can’t refund paypal transfer fees so think carefully before placing an order).I always respond to this kind of emails ASAP so if I don’t respond within a couple of days it means I haven’t seen it, please send it again!

  • Is tracking included in the shipping?: Yes!

DID SOMETHING GO WRONG?

  • An item was damaged in transit: I try to protect the items with cardboard sheets and bubbled mailers so they don’t get damaged. In case this happens, please send me a picture of the damaged item. Depending on the type of damage I usually offer either: a discount on a future order, sending the item for free along with your next order or a replacement item (but I’ll have to charge the shipping cost again).

  • An item is missing: If an item is missing from your order at delivery please let me know and I’ll see what I can do.

  • My order hasn’t arrived yet: Please, check the shipping info and times below! If your order has exceeded the specified margin for delays, send me an email.

  • Lost orders won’t be refunded in case of: Customer inputting an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address. Customer using a fake name (for example: fictional character’s name) or incomplete name (just initials of name and/or surnames).

SHIPPING INFO AND TIMES

  • DELIVERY TIMES: (This might be updated in a future)

  • Spain: 2-12 working days, up to 1 month in case of delays

  • EU: 2-12 working days, up to 1 month in case of delays

  • Other: 16-22 working days, up to 2 months in case of delays

  • Where are the items shipped from?: I ship from Spain!

  • How do I know if my order has been shipped?: I send every order within 1-2 weeks after purchase, you’ll receive a notification when it’s sent!

  • Which mail service is being used? Is there a tracking number?: The mail service is Correos, it has tracking number.

  • Can you check on where my order is or get an update on the delivery time?: Yes!

  • How are items shipped?: Most items are shipped in bubbled mailers, backed with a cardboard sheet when necessary. Prints and stickers might be shipped in cardboards envelopes when the order doesn’t include pins or charms. Very voluminous orders will be sent in small boxes.
